# Getting Started: Find Your Way Around Mentioned

> Learn where to find your score, your ranking, the AI responses behind them, what to fix, and your account settings.

This page follows the tour that Mentioned shows you after your first scan. It shows where each main part of Mentioned is, and which page explains it in detail.

To start the tour again, select **Tutorial** at the bottom of the sidebar.

## See your results

Open **Analytics > Visibility**. The large number is your [Brand Health Score](/metrics/brand-health-score). It is a score out of 100 that summarises how your brand appears in AI responses.

See [The dashboard](/results/the-dashboard) for the other cards on this page.

## Read your results

* **Your position.** Open **Analytics > Ranking**. The **Your position** card shows where your brand sits among the brands that are visible in your category. See [Competitive Ranking](/metrics/competitive-ranking).
* **The evidence.** Open **Mentions > All Mentions**. Each result comes from a real AI response. Select a row to read the full response. See [Scan results](/results/understanding-a-scan).

## Improve your results

Open **Audit > Site Health**. Site Health checks how easily AI engines can read your website. Fix the issues that it finds to help AI engines understand your brand. See [Site Health metrics](/metrics/site-health).

Site Health shows results after the first audit of your website is complete.

## Run your account

* **Tracked prompts.** Open **Settings** and select the **Prompts** tab. This tab shows the prompts that Mentioned sends to the AI engines for each project. You can add, change or remove prompts here.
* **Credits.** The meter at the top of the **Prompts** tab shows how many credits your plan uses in each billing period. Each prompt uses credits each time it runs. See [Cadence and credits](/setup/cadence-and-credits).
* **Projects.** Each brand that you track is a project. Use the project selector at the top of the sidebar to change project or to add a project. See [Organising projects](/setup/organising-projects).
* **Settings.** Open **Settings** to manage your profile, your organisation, your integrations and your billing.

<Note>
  Your results reflect the prompts, AI engines, competitors, and date range selected in your project. They do not measure the whole internet.
