# Mentioned Dashboard: AI Visibility Metrics at a Glance

> Learn how the Mentioned dashboard surfaces your brand's AI visibility metrics, competitor comparisons, and scan history in one central view.

The Mentioned dashboard is your central hub for understanding how your brand appears across AI engines. Every time Mentioned runs a scan, the results flow directly into the dashboard, giving you an up-to-date picture of your AI visibility, how your metrics are trending over time, and how you stack up against your competitors — all without needing to dig through individual reports.

## Dashboard overview

When you first land on the dashboard, you'll see a row of metric cards at the top of the page. Each card displays a single key performance indicator, its current value, and a trend indicator showing movement since the previous period.

<CardGroup cols={4}>
  <Card title="AI Share of Voice" icon="megaphone">
    The percentage of AI-generated responses where your brand is mentioned compared to the total mentions across all tracked brands in your category.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Mention Rate" icon="chart-line">
    How frequently your brand appears in AI responses for your tracked keywords, expressed as a percentage of total queries run.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Brand Health Score" icon="heart-pulse">
    A composite score reflecting the quality, sentiment, and prominence of your brand's mentions across all AI engines.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Citation Score" icon="link">
    Measures how often your brand is cited as a source or reference in AI responses, indicating your perceived authority.
  </Card>

## Time range selector

By default, the dashboard displays data for the last 30 days. You can change the time range using the selector in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

The available preset ranges are:

* **7 days** — useful for monitoring recent changes or campaign activity
* **30 days** — the default view, suited to regular performance reviews
* **90 days** — ideal for spotting longer-term trends and seasonality
* **Custom range** — pick any start and end date to suit a specific reporting period

Once you select a range, every chart, metric card, and table on the dashboard updates automatically to reflect only data from that period. This applies to AI engine breakdowns, competitor comparisons, and the scan history list.

## AI engine breakdown

Below the top-level metric cards, the AI engine breakdown section lets you see how your performance differs across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok individually.

Each engine is displayed as a row or column within the breakdown chart, showing your Mention Rate and Citation Score for that engine during the selected time range.

To focus on one or more specific engines, use the engine filter toggle above the chart. Selecting an engine highlights its data and dims the others, making it easy to isolate performance on a platform that's most relevant to your audience or strategy.

<Tip>
  If your audience is heavily skewed toward a particular AI tool — for example, enterprise teams using Copilot — filtering to that engine alone gives you a cleaner picture of the visibility that matters most.
</Tip>

## Competitor comparison

The competitor panel, located below the AI engine breakdown, displays your brand's core metrics side-by-side with each competitor you've added to your Mentioned workspace.

Each brand is listed as a row, with columns for AI Share of Voice, Mention Rate, Brand Health Score, and Citation Score. The ranking position for each metric is shown as a numbered badge — **#1** appearing in green indicates the top-ranked brand for that metric, while lower positions are shown in progressively muted tones.

Colour coding is used to indicate relative performance at a glance:

* **Green** — your brand leads this metric against all tracked competitors
* **Amber** — your brand is within range but not leading
* **Red** — your brand is notably behind the leading competitor on this metric

You can click any competitor's name in the panel to drill into a head-to-head view comparing only your brand and that competitor across all metrics and AI engines.

## Scan history

The scan history list appears towards the bottom of the dashboard and shows every scan that Mentioned has run for your workspace, ordered from most recent to oldest. Each row displays the scan date and time, the number of keywords included, and the AI engines that were queried.

To open the full results for any scan, click its row. This takes you to the detailed scan results view.

<Note>
  For a full walkthrough of what each section of a scan result contains, see [Understanding Your Scan Results](/results/understanding-a-scan).
</Note>

To narrow the scan history list to a specific date range, the time range selector at the top of the dashboard applies here as well — only scans that ran within the selected period will be shown.

## Exporting data

You can export the data currently displayed on the dashboard for use in external reports or presentations.
