Analytics and Brand Health Score
Open Analytics > Visibility to see Brand Health Score. It combines four components:- Competitive Ranking
- Mention Rate
- Sentiment
- Citation Score
The Snapshot card
The Snapshot card shows Mention Rate, Competitive Ranking, Sentiment, and competitor Presence Rates. Every figure in the card comes from the latest completed scan. The date selector does not change the Snapshot card. It changes the Answer Visibility chart. To compare a longer period, open Analytics > Ranking or Analytics > Competitors.Answer Visibility
The Answer Visibility card and chart show the rolling visibility measurement. Visibility Momentum compares Answer Visibility with an earlier comparable baseline. It shows a value only when a comparable baseline is available. A Brand Health Score comparison appears only when both results use the same available components. The current dashboard does not yet have a comparable prior generation, so it shows No data until one is available. If Mentioned changes how Answer Visibility is calculated, the chart marks the date of the change. Mentioned does not join scores from before and after the change into one trend line.Ranking
Open Analytics > Ranking to compare the Presence Rate for your brand and tracked competitors. Presence Rate is the share of eligible AEO Answer Opportunities in which each brand appears. It is not Competitive Ranking. A cell with eligible evidence can show a measured zero. A cell without eligible evidence shows No data and has no green, amber, or red status.Mentions
Open Mentions > All Mentions to read the AI answers behind the metrics. Use this view to review brand mentions, Sentiment, Answer Rank, and Cited Sources.Sentiment counts
The view shows four counts: Total Mentions, Positive, Neutral, and Negative. A mention gets a sentiment band only when the judge records a reading. Some mentions have no reading. These mentions count in Total Mentions. They do not count in Positive, Neutral, or Negative. The three bands therefore do not always add up to Total Mentions. When a mention has no reading, the view shows how many mentions this applies to.Scan results
